Living historians will portray President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Britain’s Winston Churchill, and Soviet Russia’s Joseph Stalin in the museum’s World War II enactment presented on Saturday, June 19 and Sunday, June 20.

Fifth Street in East Meadow has been renamed for Joseph Hatzelman, a FDNY firefighter who died last year of a 9/11-related illness.

Films on the schedule so far are “The Croods: A New Age,” on Friday, March 26 at Ellsworth W. Allen Park in Farmingdale; “Mulan (1998)” at Tappen Beach in Glenwood Landing on Saturday, April 10; and “Trolls World Tour” at Tobay Beach in Massapequa on Friday, April 23.

The nonprofits, which mostly serve the Hispanic and Latino communities of Bay Shore, Central Islip and Brentwood, filled vans with hot and cold food for about 500 people.
